Contentment leads to enlightenment |
|
When you start satisfying your inner self, the outer self will never be wanting in anything. You buy a bike and will be happy flaunting it. Then you will start desiring a car. You will buy a Maruti 800, crave for Maruti Zen, buy it, and then covet a Benz. Then you will want to purchase a laptop computer, just because your neighbor has one. It is a chase that continues all through your life. The longer the chase continues, the less joyful you will become. Where is the space for happiness then? The day you become contented with your material possessions in terms of having your necessities met, and start becoming an aspirant for God's Grace, you have become enlightened.
