Whatever you have done out of your humane nature, if the beneficiary does not understand or appreciate, do not bother. God is watching and He is a silent observer from within you. He will reward you. The act is irrelevant and the thought is more relevant. If the thought is noble, you are rewarded. Never carry a sense of guilt. More than the action, the sense of guilt is wrong. If you think something is wrong with your thought, then do not carry out that in action.
