Preparation for The Final Exam

We are going in the right direction. I may seem very harsh to you at times. I am very clear in whatever I do or think and that is good for you. In an examination, the master's role is to mark with red ink, the mistakes you have made, and the marks you score get reduced in proportion to the number of errors you have made. Only then you will take care to avoid those mistakes in your future exams. A good student will highlight (on the exam paper) the essential points that he feels are important in answer to the questions asked. Then the master will give him extra score for that.

Spirituality too is the art of training you towards excellence. I will point out your faults and follies, so you will not lead yourself in the wrong direction. You come out with your best. This effort will go on continuously for some more time because you are nearing the final. This is preparatory towards the final exam.

You should know where you are wrong. It is my duty to point that out to you. You tell me where you are right. This is the way I work. This is totally a management concept.

This is nothing other than helping you ensure your performance.
